We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. LUXE Intimate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments use discreet, unmarked packaging.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition.
